- Responsible for communicating orders and information between the front of house and back of the house. Their role is crucial for proper food management and process functionality.

- Responsible for the food portions of finished dishes, ensuring they adhere to restaurant standards.

- Inspect every plate to make sure the proper garnishes have been applied and that dishes are free of smudges and spills before being delivered to the customer. Short for “expeditor,”

- Making sure each dish has any finishing touches it needs and is ready to be taken out to the table.

- Works as a type of middle-person between the kitchen and the dining room.

- Confirms that orders are being called and prepared accurately. These individuals are also responsible for ensuring any incoming special requests are done correctly.

- Open availability! (Available any day, any time) preferred. No conflicts or complications. Weekends a must.

- Must speak English. Spanish and other additional languages a plus.

- Must learn the menu and be able to communicate the dishes

- Full teamwork mentality required.

Here's what we're looking for:

- Expediter experience minimum 1 year

- Full Time ONLY. Weekends a MUST

- Must speak English. Spanish and other additional languages a plus.

- Hard workers with mature and positive attitudes and a sense of urgency.
